It is recorded that the first network marketing companies rose around the late 40’s to mid 50’s.

This company holds figures that are the envy of many network marketing companies around, even the big ones.

This company makes a whooping 7 billion dollars annually in sales revenue.

 

In the early days, network marketing companies were having a lot of logistical problems.

Distributers had to buy supply from their network marketing companies & mostly store it at their homes.

Many network marketing companies had no formal & strong compensation plan, which made most of the old-era network marketing companies crumble down.

They also took great care to fix many of the old problems

& sharpen their storage & distribution system.

“Pyramid scheme” or “Lottery business” etc…

But the truth is that most of them won their cases & made millions & millions of dollars since then and are still operating till this day.

 

In his books, Robert Kiyosaki refers to network marketing companies & the MLM industry as a revolutionary way of business. He resembles the MLM model to the “Franchise” business model that was developed in the 50’s.

Like many network marketing companies in the past & today, the franchisers were constantly attacked, mocked at & were called a “scam”  by small business owners , eventually gaining momentum & swiping the business world.

Sunn-rider, Shakelee, Melaluca, Nu-Skin, Nikken, Agel, and many more.

Each year hundreds of new network marketing companies emerge & register at the DSA.

Network marketing companies created a revolutionary way to compensate their disturbers & entrepreneurs by giving them around 50% of revenue when they address clients to those companies.

Therefore Network marketing companies have a much faster development rate than any other international business.

The average stable network marketing companies have somewhere between 500,000 to 20,000,000 distributors worldwide.

Network marketing companies started emerging in the US but quickly span to Europe, the Far East, Australia, and South America & even in later years to Africa.

 

The network marketing companiesusually have a signed contract with their distributers clarifying the amount of compensation & the rights &b liabilities that both sides have for each other.
